A consultation is a critical part of the Fantastic Sams® guest service process, and is a regular part of every guest visit. Consultations are appropriate for all the different kinds of services that we offer, and for each and every guest, whether new or returning.

We want to be sure the stylist has a good understanding of the guest's wishes prior to beginning the service.

All of our cut, color, and texturizing services always include a free shampoo and conditioning session with a deep scalp massage, using Fantastic Sams® quality products.

We operate on a walk-in, no appointment necessary basis. We do take call-aheads for the convenience of our guests. Calling ahead will guarantee your position in our waiting queue, so as to minimize your wait time.

For color and perm services, you should plan on being present no later than 2 hours prior to closing time to allow us ample time to properly complete your service.
